Program Overview

Our Python Test Automation Trainee Program is built to help you transition from theory to hands-on automation work in real-world projects. You will get exposure to automation best practices, testing frameworks, and collaborative agile teams.

This is a unique opportunity to build your Python skills with purpose, mentored by professionals who will guide you through the complexities of automation. Office access is important for working with test infrastructure and receiving in-person feedback.

Requirements

Help develop and execute automated tests using Python. Assist in verifying APIs, backend systems, or web interfaces. Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to ensure product quality. Learn how to build and scale test automation frameworks. Progressively take on more technical challenges under mentor supervision.

Job responsibilities

Student or graduate with strong theoretical knowledge in Python and basic QA concepts. Understanding of OOP, REST APIs, and Git workflows. Experience with personal or course projects using Python (bonus if testing-related). Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Ability to work from our Lviv office on a daily basis.
