Job Title: Guidewire Claim Center Tester

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Designing, executing, and automating tests for the ClaimCenter application, ensuring the quality of claims processing workflows from initial reporting to resolution. Writing test cases based on requirements, performing functional and regression testing, and validating end-to-end claim lifecycles. They must also collaborate with other teams, use defect tracking tools like Jira, and often contribute to automation using frameworks like Selenium or the Guidewire Testing Framework (GUnit).

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills

A Guidewire ClaimCenter tester needs a strong understanding of the insurance claims process. Software testing principles, and the Guidewire platform itself, include modules like ClaimCenter. Strong knowledge of Java and the Gosu language. Proficiency with testing tools (like Selenium and JIRA). Experience with Agile methodologies.
