2+ years in healthcare industry with people management
Experience managing RCM operations and driving process improvements
Strong communication with stakeholders; ability to influence cross-functional teams
Analytical, data-driven decision-making; performance metrics mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to present to leadership
Knowledge of project management principles and multi-initiative coordination
Nice-to-haves
Ability to connect with leadership for strategic decisions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Experience with predictive analytics and root-cause analysis
