Job Description Elevate Your Career as Product Director, Checkout Identity Verification We are seeking a dynamic Product Director to spearhead the growth and evolution of the Checkout Identity Verification department. This pivotal role builds upon more than 6 years of excellence from our IDV team, currently a leader in identity verification across European regulated markets. As the Product Director, you will provide visionary leadership across product, engineering, and business teams. You will empower our merchants by supporting the growing KYC and KYB needs of the broader Checkout.com ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration while maintaining the highest standards of trust and compliance. Building on a robust foundation, you will drive initiatives to navigate a rapidly evolving market, focusing on new European certifications and the rise of digital identities. Your daily responsibilities will include leading a high-performing team, defining a clear strategic vision, understanding customer needs, prioritizing product development, and crafting innovative capabilities and experiences. Proven expertise in building user-centric onboarding flow and managing strictly regulated products. Demonstrated success in launching and driving adoption of B2B products. Experience navigating the financial regulatory landscape. Data-driven mindset, skilled in leveraging data and business insights to guide strategic priorities and product roadmap execution. Customer-first orientation, balancing future opportunities with immediate needs. End-to-end perspective, understanding all critical components for product success. Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and influencing abilities.
