NVIDIA is looking for an experienced and hardworking Software Engineer for the FW performance test & Infrastructure team. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for reporting and maintaining the stability of the performance regression cycle, as well as developing test infrastructure and supporting new features to assess the data & control path performance. The FW team drives the development of cutting-edge networking technology to meet the quality demands of industry-leading customers. You will collaborate closely with NVIDIA's networking NIC FW team, gaining a deep understanding of NVIDIA's products and technologies. What you will be doing: Oversee the performance regression cycle, which involves substantial hands-on work in automating flows, creating reports, identifying, reproducing, and thoroughly documenting quality bugs. Collaborate closely with FW release teams to ensure high quality delivery. Create and maintain the performance testing infrastructure using in-house code and industry tools. Gain understanding of NVIDIA technology and test its data & control path performance. Communicate with team members to ensure delivery at a high-quality level with maximum efficiency. Serve as a knowledge focal point and participate in high-level design and code reviews. What we need to see: SW / Computer / Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree. 1-3 years of relevant experience as an Automation Engineer. Experience in working with Linux OS. Great coding skills and deep understanding of OOP concepts. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work in a continuously improving environment.
