Role & seniority: Wave Test Lead (experienced, senior-level)

Momentum expertise (≥5 years); strong written/oral communication; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
Willingness to travel occasionally (DC/Austin) and occasional overtime
Department of Veterans Affairs/Veterans Health Administration experience
Experience leading meetings with senior federal executives
Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Eggplant)

We are seeking an experienced Wave Test Lead for an opportunity with a large federal customer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience supporting Momentum testing and implementation activities in large federal ERP programs in a federal agency. The Wave Test Lead will support the project leadership and the program by leading testing activities and a team of system testers for an implementation release as part of the overall program. The Wave Test Lead should be a self-starter who demonstrates leadership, works well with multiple senior-level clients, and has experience in taking ownership of work assignments and project schedules. This position is remote but may require occasional domestic business trips to customer facilities primarily in Washington, DC and Austin, TX. Some overtime work may be required to support this fast-paced environment. \n
Supervise a team of 5-10 system testers for the following system components: application functionality, system configuration, system interfaces, reports, and data conversion. Develop system test scripts for each financial and acquisition system component in that wave, including the use of automated testing tools. Maintain and prioritize a testing defect log that will be shared with the government client and other vendors to track testing progress. Provide technical, managerial, or administrative direction for functional domains related to ERP systems and projects.
