Position: Reliability Test Engineer
Key Responsibilities ： Develop overall test plans covering all Reliability and Thermal-related tests per product technical specifications, and release test reports. Prepare test materials per project schedule, execute heat-dissipation tests per specifications, compile test reports and track thermal issues. Be proficient in leak-detection, thermal-performance measurement, and functional-test fixtures/systems used in the thermal industry. Assess pre-test risks, evaluate test feasibility with thermal design engineers and assist in thermal optimization. Lead the test team, assign tasks and coach test technicians. Evaluate alignment between current test equipment and requirements, propose upgrade plans and establish preventive-maintenance schedules. Maintain complete test records, issue weekly/monthly reports and drive corrective actions to closure. Communicate efficiently with R&D, Quality and Manufacturing to verify test results and resolve issues promptly.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Measurement & Control, Electrical Control, Mechanical Automation, Thermal Engineering or related fields.
3-5 years’ reliability testing engineering/technical experience, thermal products testing experience preferred.
Proficient in FMEA, 5W2H, PDCA and other problem-solving tools.
Skilled in thermal test fixtures & systems; able to operate thermocouples, data loggers, wind tunnels and similar instruments.
Logical thinking, able to independently execute complex tests and deliver clear technical documentation.
Excellent interpersonal, cross-departmental communication and team collaboration skills.
Able to work under pressure with a positive and proactive attitude.
English can be used as working language.
