This is an exciting hybrid opportunity to work on large-scale government IT projects involving COTS solutions, HL7-FHIR APIs, ETL processes, and business intelligence systems.

Role Overview
The Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist will lead comprehensive functional and non-functional testing across COTS solutions (Panorama REACT/IMMS), HL7-FHIR web services, APIs, ETL processes, reporting solutions, and integration components. Create complete testing documentation including test plans, cases, automated scripts, defect logs, and results reports. Lead testing efforts through all SDLC phases in traditional and agile environments with public sector healthcare focus.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional/non-functional testing of COTS solutions, web applications, HL7-FHIR APIs, ETL processes, BI reporting, and integrations Test Panorama REACT/IMMS core applications, extensions, enhancements, bug fixes, and BO/Cognos reports
Create comprehensive test documentation: plans, cases, scripts (manual/automated), defect logs, results reports Lead test planning/execution as senior QA specialist, providing guidance to junior testers Validate ETL data extraction/transformation/loading accuracy and BI solution data integrity Execute accessibility testing (WCAG 2.0), security testing (SAML/JWT), performance testing Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners on test strategy and issue resolution Participate in walkthroughs, triage sessions, and production validation
