Validate quality of large-scale, complex applications before release
Apply precise, detail-oriented testing to ensure high-quality outcomes
Communicate findings clearly and drive continuous improvement within the team
HBO-level education or equivalent
5+ years manual testing experience
ISTQB certification or equivalent methodology experience
Strong English communication (C1)
Ability to act decisively, focus on results, and document recommendations professionally
Experience within public sector software or digital transformation projects
Prior exposure to cross-functional, international testing teams
Location & work type: Hybrid work model (3 days from home, 2 days in-office) at Rework, Av. El Poblado; full-time role based in Colombia (Medellín area) with global team collaboration
Your Challenge as Manual Test Engineer

As a Manual Test Engineer, you play a key role in validating the quality of our complex, large-scale applications—solutions that power digital transformation for our clients. With a strong eye for detail and a commitment to precision, you ensure that our software meets the highest standards before it reaches users.
Your Team
You will be part of a collaborative; multidisciplinary product team focused on delivering value to our clients. Alongside that, you join our international Test Team, a group of 17 passionate professionals based in the Netherlands, Curaçao, Suriname, Colombia, Poland, and Canada. This team fosters continuous learning and shared standards that raise the quality of testing across Blyce.

What You Bring
HBO-level education or equivalent working/thinking ability; 5+ years of experience as a manual software tester. An ISTQB certification, or equivalent experience applying its methodologies Strong communication skills in English (C1); A drive for high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement; A precise, detail-oriented approach to your work; The ability to act decisively and with focus to achieve results; A clear and professional way of communicating ideas and recommendations.
