At flaconi, you won't just file bugs—you will be the Quality Owner for our cutting-edge, cross-platform applications developed with Flutter. You will take strategic responsibility for the entire testing landscape, ensuring millions of users enjoy a perfect shopping experience across all their devices.

Your Role

Strategic Test Ownership: You will assess the testing strategy, deciding what kind of testing is needed (manual or automation), and take the lead in ensuring product quality end-to-end.

Cross-Platform Assurance: You are responsible for cross-platform testing across iOS, Android, and Web environments, ensuring consistency and performance everywhere.

Agile Coordination: You estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities within our Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring quality moves at the speed of development.

Quality Champion & Mentor: You have an active collaboration attitude and a desire to make things better, thinking out of the box to improve quality and mentoring peers on solid quality techniques.

Testing Variety: You execute different types of testing and leverage your experience in performance and/or security testing to further harden our applications.

Your Profile

3+ years of relevant experience with mobile testing (manual and automation). Familiar with and understanding Dart programming language fundamentals and Flutter testing framework (Flutter Integration Test). 2+ years of experience with Dart/Flutter is a plus. Good working knowledge of Postman (for API testing), Android Studio, and Xcode for platform-specific debugging. Experience with Codemagic (or similar CI/CD tools) and strong knowledge of how to integrate QA methodologies and tools into the deployment process. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes (experience with Charles Proxy is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (German is a plus). A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
