Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and reporting. Ensure timely delivery of test artifacts and maintain high standards of quality. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
