Key Responsibilities Practice best Quality Engineering guideline define by the Quality Engineering department Identify the business and product risk suggest & execute mitigation plan Review test plan, test strategy & Effort estimation Responsible for overall quality of the product/s delivery Define and ensure quality metric Lead two or more than projects If automation;

• Scripting and trouble shoot

• Lead to enhance the automation framework

• Support R&D and POC new technologies

• Identify skill gap of resources & mentoring

• Identify and implement new process improvement

• Responsible for audit governance

• Person Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 08+ year(s) experience

• 06+ year(s) experience in Software Quality Assurance

• Knowledge in testing concept and model

• Hands on experience in test automation tool (Selenium)

• Hands on experience on performance test tool (Jmeter/Load runner)

• Experience of different automation model (screen driven / scenario base)

• Experience in CI/CD practice

• Hands on experience in NFT on Mobile testing (Android/ iOS)

• Good knowledge in different product domain

• Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills

• Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
