Responsibilities: API Automation: • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for GraphQL-based APIs using Java and Maven. • Design and implement reusable test cases for API functionality. • Analyze and report defects and issues with API requests and responses. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure API functionality meets requirements and is thoroughly tested. ➢ UI Automation (preferred) • Design, develop, and maintain automated UI tests using Playwright and TypeScript. • Write effective and reliable test scripts to automate functional, regression, and smoke testing for web applications. • Troubleshoot and debug UI issues, ensuring tests are stable and reusable. • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure web applications function as expected. ➢ Collaboration & Reporting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and QA engineers, to ensure quality goals are met. • Provide test results, defect reports, and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Participate in code reviews, test planning, and risk analysis for projects.
