Salary: $15 - $26 / hour
Role & seniority: Mid-level Quality Assurance associate in a distribution/warehouse setting (no degree required; on-the-job training provided).
Stack/tools: Inventory control systems; daily cycle counts; inbound/outbound audits; quality/error reporting; Hazmat storage handling; general warehouse equipment (forklifts and related equipment; certifications provided).
Complete daily cycle counts in accordance with approved inventory procedures; reconcile and research discrepancies.
Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies; prepare and file quality error reports.
Perform daily inbound/outbound audits to ensure proper material handling; assist with item dimension checks and inventory-related customer service requests.
Attention to detail and strong accuracy in recording and reporting.
Ability to follow established procedures and safety/HSE policies.
Reliable attendance and ability to work the specified shift.
Forklift or material-handling certifications (on-site training available).
Experience with Hazmat storage procedures and inventory QA.
General warehouse/operational support experience.
Location & work type: Front Royal, Virginia; full-time, daytime shift (Mon–Fri, 11:00 am–7:30 pm); on-site at Ferguson distribution center. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive plan; salary varies by location.
