We are seeking Test Technicians across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift to support testing, troubleshooting, and verification of advanced electronic products. These roles involve hands on work with a wide range of test equipment, engineering documentation, and proprietary systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Perform product testing using detailed work instructions, test procedures, and engineering documents.
Set up and operate a wide range of electronic test equipment.
Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and components.
Load software and firmware as part of testing processes.
Document test results accurately and thoroughly.
Move materials on and off test platforms as needed.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and maintain a strong safety focus.
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree OR equivalent post secondary technical training
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or military electronics training
Ability to read and interpret Schematics, Wiring diagrams, Engineering drawings.
Experience with RF, digital, and analog testing
Ability to perform software and firmware loads
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
No clearance required while on contract
Must be able to obtain a clearance if converted to a direct employee
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 25–50 lbs).
Ability to work in a lab or production floor environment with electronic equipment.
Ability to use hands and fingers for handling components, tools, and test equipment.
Must follow all safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols.
