Role & seniority: Manual System Tester (entry to mid-level) based in Haifa, Israel; 1.5+ year commitment expected.
Stack/tools: Lab/system testing in a lab environment; hardware setup/teardown, physical connections; software/config files loading; test documentation and procedures; incident handling with IT teams.
Conduct system-level manual tests in laboratory settings and support development teams via setup activities.
Define test scenarios from system requirements; write test docs and procedures; execute manual tests.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot lab/test setups; assemble/disassemble units; manage basic lab tooling and incident handling.
1+ years’ hands-on experience with communication networks.
Experience in system testing/QA.
Practical Engineer background in Electronics or Computers (advantage); strong initiative and independence; good teamwork and communication.
Additional IT/infrastructure troubleshooting experience; familiarity with lab inventory management (optional).
Ability to travel abroad ~5 days per quarter (Central Asia region).
Location & work type: Haifa, Israel; on-site role with periodic international travel; full-time.

We are looking for a Manual System Tester to join our team in Haifa!
Responsibilities
System-level testing in a lab environment, including setup activities to support development teams. Close work with system engineers and developers, integration optimization, and participation in infrastructure-related troubleshooting. Analyze system requirements and define relevant test scenarios for various system capabilities. Write test documentation and test procedures. Execute manual system tests in a lab environment. Build and maintain system test setups, including assembling/disassembling units, performing physical connections, and loading software and configuration files. Work with IT teams to open and handle computing/network incidents. Support investigations and troubleshooting of infrastructure issues and lab tools. (Optional) Manage lab inventory and track equipment status (loaned, expired, under repair). Commitment to at least 1.5 years
Requirements
1+ years of hands-on experience working with communication networks – Must Experience in system testing / QA – Must Practical Engineer in Electronics / Computers – Advantage Strong technical skills, independence, and ability to take initiative Good interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to travel abroad once per quarter for ~5-day trips (Central Asia region)
