Join us and help shape the future of smart, sustainable workplaces. About the Role We are seeking a Senior QA Specialist to join our tech team in Prague. As part of Spaceti’s development organization, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our cloud-based PropTech platform — integrating IoT hardware, AI analytics, and user-facing applications — meets the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a great opportunity to work with modern technologies, take ownership of QA processes, and directly influence the reliability of solutions used by clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Ensure our final product meets Spaceti’s high-quality standards. Manage daily QA activities and prioritize testing tasks effectively. Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases. Document QA activities using internal reporting tools and track issues via Jira and Confluence. Analyze problem logs, identify recurring issues, and proactively report findings to development and management teams. Work daily with Testrail, App Tester, TestFlight, and other testing tools. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to maintain a smooth release process and ensure the best end-user experience. Requirements Proven experience in QA or software testing, ideally with a focus on QA automation. Strong technical understanding and ability to navigate complex software systems. Sharp attention to detail, critical thinking, and curiosity to explore edge cases. Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Empathy for the end-user perspective and a drive to ensure the best user experience through testing. Patience, persistence, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to work on-site in our Prague office for at least a few days per week.
