As the technical leader of our QA/SDET function, you'll shape test strategy, build cutting-edge automation frameworks, and mentor SDETs to deliver zero-defect releases at scale.

What You'll Do
Own test strategy and automation architecture for multiple squads or product areas spanning backend, frontend, and mobile Design, build, and scale test automation frameworks for API, UI, contract, integration, and performance testing Partner with engineering leads and architects to embed testability and quality gates into designs and CI/CD pipelines Mentor and upskill SDET engineers, review their test designs, and drive best practices across squads Lead cross-functional initiatives on non-functional testing — performance, reliability, security, and chaos engineering Collaborate with DevOps to optimize test pipelines for speed, scalability, and reliability Diagnose complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive systemic fixes Innovate and introduce tools, test data solutions, mocks, and dashboards that improve developer productivity and release confidence.
Requirements
