We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test II (SDET II) who will contribute to building and maintaining automation solutions that ensure high quality across Poshmark’s products and services. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and QA teams to design and execute automated tests for web, mobile (iOS & Android), and APIs. You will have a direct impact on product quality by expanding automation coverage, improving test reliability, and enabling faster and more confident releases through continuous testing practices.
Responsibilities Test Automation Development & Maintenance Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile (iOS & Android), and API platforms. Contribute to existing automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, and AI-assisted testing tools. Ensure automation suites are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with coding and testing standards. Product Quality & Engineering Collaboration Partner closely with developers and QA engineers to understand product features and identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle. Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability and quality considerations. Support shift-left testing by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback. Test Execution & Defect Management Execute automated and manual test cases as needed to validate features across platforms. Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and root cause analysis. Help ensure stable and consistent regression test execution across releases. Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Contribute to quality metrics such as automation coverage, defect trends, and test execution results.
