Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes and automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running end-to-end quality engineering functions with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring improved control, accuracy, and integrity in the testing process. You will collaborate with various teams to drive quality initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Automation Testing. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for test automation. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Automation Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office. - AccelQ Trained or Certified is required.
