We are seeking a Senior Manual Tester to join EPAM’s newly formed Performance playtesting team for a AAA game platform. This role is focused on ensuring a best-in-class gaming experience and maintaining a fair, competitive environment for all players. Responsibilities Understand current and proposed future changes to the playtest schedule and coverage requirements Supervise day-to-day tasking of testers to ensure the highest priority testing tasks are completed Track and report on team activity, including attendance, challenges and escalations Review testers' effectiveness for the project Participate in staffing activities Troubleshoot and escalate found defects and situations that impact the team's ability to complete daily assignments Requirements At least 3 years of Software Testing experience, with background in game testing as a plus B2 level of English
