API testing: RESTful automation with Cypress/Playwright; Postman
Testing frameworks/orchestrators: Mocha, Chai, Jest
CI/CD: Git Pipelines, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps
Source control: Git
Other: API contract testing, basic DI (InversifyJS/NestJS) as plus; BDD/TDD (Cucumber, CodeceptJS, PlaywrightBDD) as plus; DB testing as plus
Test software systems: review docs/specs, understand business requirements, investigate and write tests for defects
Implement and optimize test automation: apply best practices to improve test execution efficiency; contribute to automation strategy
Test planning and risk: collaborate with QA/Dev to define objectives, scope, schedules; contribute to risk assessment and mitigation
4+ years in software testing/automation
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript; strong automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, WebDriverIO, or Playwright
REST API automation experience; API testing with Postman or similar
Experience with Mocha/Chai/Jest; Git for source control
Experience with CI/CD tools (Git pipelines, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps)
Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, release strategies; ability to document results and track defects
