Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing effective testing strategies that align with business objectives. You will focus on enhancing the quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that the team is equipped to manage the testing lifecycle efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role involves working with both front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experiences. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
