  • Automated test scripting in Python, Java, or Shell

  • DevOps tooling (Git, GitLab Pipelines, Nexus)

  • Cloud familiarity (Microsoft Azure)

  • Linux-based server experience and bash scripting

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis capabilities

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in AML/Transaction Monitoring domain or related financial crime IT projects

  • Deep subject-matter expertise on core vendor products and solutions

  • English fluency in diverse, global teams

Job Description

– Write clean, functional code on the front- and back-end – Participate in the design and creation of scalable enterprise software – Act as an agile member in an agile engineering team – Work closely with the Technical Lead, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, testers, and other developers

Your team

You will be working in a Transaction Monitoring team based in Zurich and Poland, part of the global AML Transaction Monitoring program organization. Our role is to design and implement innovative IT solutions to help prevent, detect, and report on financial crimes and terrorist financing activities. We are a global IT team supporting internal clients throughout the world. Your experience and skills

You have / are

  • Computer science academic background (bachelor's or master's degree)
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in liaising with global teams
  • Proficient in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
  • Experienced with continuous integration tools like GitLab CI/CD
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining automated test scripts in languages such as Python, Java, or Shell
  • Competent in utilizing DevOps tools, such as Git, GitLab Pipelines, Nexus
  • Familiar with Cloud platforms like MS Azure
  • Comfortable in a Linux based server environment incl. bash (shell) scripting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
