Our enthusiastic team of Quality professionals is looking for people to join our merry ranks in our Helsinki, Tampere, Berlin and Malaga offices. The cases and teams you’ll work on will be at the very core of our client’s success. For example you could be coaching quality or development practices to clients working on their most business critical-systems, or you could build test automation together with a client that ensures the functionality of their core product.

As a consultant at Hidden Trail, you’ll apply quality thinking to meaningful problems that have no ready-made answers. Your tasks could include

\ Getting to work on important technology projects that are essential to the client’s business

\ Building top of the line AI driven test automation solutions that ensure fast and informative feedback

\ Coaching, teaching and mentoring skills to and within our client organizations

\ Applying wide array of tech and people skills to ensure quality in the most business critical projects

\ Choosing the right tool for the job, whether that means technical tools or other practices

\ Quality leadership in large scale projects where your wisdom will guide the whole development organization forward

\ Defining Quality strategy and processes for a fresh project to best serve the client’s need and own resources

Some of the things we are looking for (you do not need to fit all of these)

\ Ability to understand the client's business to best advise them on how Quality practices can be used to achieve their business goals

\ Experience in different types of technology projects and environments including experience with testing and a knowledge of modern tooling and methodology

\ Understanding of complex software architectures and modern infrastructures

\ Experience in Test automation, Continuous Integration & Deployment pipelines, and other more technical fields of testing such as integration testing, performance testing etc.

\ Experience in software development or leading software projects

\ A modern DevOps mindset

\ Experience in leveraging AI tooling for productivity

\ The ability to take initiative to make things happen and drive things forward

\ Skills and confidence to coach and mentor others
