What You’ll do

Conduct manual testing of our mobile banking app across various devices and platforms Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess app functionality and performance Report and track bugs using bug tracking tools, and work with the development team to address issues Perform regression testing to ensure that bugs are resolved and do not reoccur Validate app features and functionalities against design specifications and user requirements Collaborate with remote teams to ensure timely and high-quality app updates Stay informed about the latest mobile app testing practices and industry trends

What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years’ experience in testing native mobile apps (iOS, Android), web, and backend Strong knowledge of mobile app testing methodologies and best practices Familiarity with localization and internationalization testing Experience with Chrome DevTools Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus Ability to trace queries in Android Studio and Xcode Understanding of mobile app monitoring and crash reporting tools (e.g., Crashlytics) Proficient in Jira for bug tracking and management Experience with Test Case management tools and coordinating User Acceptance Testing is a plus Effective collaboration in Agile development environments Skilled in manual verification methods for testing app interactions with backend APIs (e.g., Postman, Swagger) Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills English language, written and spoken, is mandatory
