Role: - Senior Software Engineer/Performance Lead

Experience Level: - 5 – 8 Yrs.

Location: - Hyderabad/Bangalore 5 to 8 years of experience in Performance testing with Load Runner, JMeter & Blaze Meter. Proven track record of performance testing complex global applications and tools. In-depth experience of planning, analysis, and scripting. Define methods and create performance plan ensuring software quality at all stages of the life cycle. Experience of testing within an Agile environment, adapting quickly to changing situations. Leading testing efforts, execution, and reporting, across multiple concurrent projects. Working knowledge of QA/test automation frameworks/performance test frameworks, e.g. Load Runner, JMeter, Blaze Meter, Selenium, Cucumber, playwright tool. Responsibilities will include monitoring application performance and identify opportunities to optimize the application. Prior exposure to BDD (Behavioral Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development) is nice to have. Good communication skills, ability to work independently as well as part of the team, result oriented. Should closely work with all product owners across all the squads. Define the benchmarking and baseline for all products and yet-to-be releases. Perform SPLI testing. Help engineering teams during the RCAs and investigate the issues. Should be able to go through profiling tools (such as AppD) and narrow down the root cause. Work with Product Owners to influence and prioritize the resolution of performance issues. Should define the roadmap for SRE practices. Should be able to provide guidance on SRE practices.
