Role & seniority: Entry-level ATE Test Engineer (early-career) in the NPI test engineering team.
Stack/tools: ATE hardware and software; C/C++ programming; focus on 400G optical PHY, switch, and large AI compute products; knowledge of digital/analog circuit fundamentals.
Design, debugging, and correlation of ATE HW/SW for test programs.
Develop ATE test programs for silicon bring-up, sampling, qualification, characterization, and production test.
Optimize test time and yield across test programs and production flow.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in C/C++ and software development fundamentals.
Foundational knowledge of digital/analog circuit concepts.

What You Can Expect Designing, debugging and correlating ATE HW and SW Develop ATE test programs for cutting edge high speed 400G optical PHY, Switch and large high-power compute AI products Receive a focused 3-month on-site Marvell ATE Test Engineering training in Irvine, CA. Candidate would then be deployed working alongside our teams and their hiring managers at one of our standard Ops Engineering Sites across the globe. What We're Looking For Minimum Requirements: Candidate MUST have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field 0-1 years of previous experience Preferred Requirements: Experience with Digital/Analog circuit fundamentals gathered from Digital communication, Analog circuit design, Algorithm and Programming coursework, research and projects Software development experience and coding in a general-purpose programming language Proficient in C, C++ Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 64,700 - 96,900, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
