We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team! If you have an eye for detail and a passion for quality, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality application releases;

• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing as per project requirements;

• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects in collaboration with development teams using tools like JIRA or TestRail;

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies;

• Automate test cases using industry-standard tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright and Tosca;

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI;

• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;

• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards in the banking sector;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.

Profile

• Experience in software testing, with responsibilities tailored to experience level;

• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle);

• Proficiency in writing test cases, test plans, and test scripts;

• Familiarity with bug-tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail;

• Knowledge of testing methodologies such as black-box, white-box, regression, and exploratory testing;

• Experience with test automation frameworks like Tosca, Selenium, Playwright;

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus;

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests in DevOps workflows;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and prioritize testing efforts;

• Good level of English and French (B1).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);

• ISTQB certification is a plus;
