The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, with hands-on experience in any COTS platforms. This role demands leadership in QA strategy, test planning, and execution across complex insurance applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8–12 years of total QA experience, with at least 5 years in P&C insurance domain. Strong experience with PolicyCenter on any COTS platforms (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire, Insurity, Majesco etc). Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing lifecycle. Expertise on building test strategies, test planning. Good to have experience in test automation tools and scripting languages. Experience in handling team and guiding the team.
