Join our Graduate Program with a landing role in our Test & Certification team as a Junior QA Engineer. Over 12 months, you’ll rotate across departments, work on real payment technology projects, and gain hands-on experience that builds the foundation for a long-term career in software testing and quality assurance.
What You Can Expect
Training & Development: Access project management training and a broad range of technical learning opportunities, supported by continuous resources through our Digital PayTech University.
Career Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one. Across the 12‑month program, you will complete two rotations across departments and then transition into your landing role in the Test & Certification team, where you’ll continue to grow your expertise.
Technical Exposure: Work hands-on in end‑to‑end testing of payment applications, including functional, non‑functional, and regression testing. You’ll learn exploratory testing techniques, automation‑assisted testing, and gain exposure to technologies and standards such as EMV, Android, JSON, Robot Framework, and Python.
Your Landing Role: Junior QA Engineer Our AWS‑based payment platform has powered Nordic transactions for years with a strong focus on security and high availability.
The team advocates good quality practices across the organization, supports exploratory testing, maintains regression testing infrastructure, and drives test automation development. This role is based in Espoo, Finland and follows a hybrid model. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of the office.
Who We’re Looking For
You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate by June 2026 with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, STEM, or a related technical field, and are available to work full‑time. You are fluent in English. You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment. You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience. You have the legal right to work in Finland (e.g., visa, residency). You are motivated to build a long‑term career in software testing and quality assurance, proactive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative. Due to the nature of work with critical payment technology, the selected candidate will undergo a basic level security clearance.
