Automation Implementation Develop and optimize Tosca models, test cases, test suites, and reusable libraries. Integrate Tosca with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab) for automated execution. Architect solutions for data-driven and keyword-driven testing. Ensure automation integrates seamlessly with API testing and other non-GUI layers. Team Enablement Mentor and guide Tosca developers/testers on automation framework and best practices. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and code reviews. Provide automation guidelines to cross-functional teams. Quality and Delivery Collaborate with Test Managers and Product Owners to define test strategy. Drive traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and reporting. Identify automation gaps and propose solutions. Ensure test automation contributes to measurable quality and cycle-time improvements. Governance & Reporting Create dashboards and metrics on automation coverage, execution results, ROI of automation. Implement version control and branching strategies for automation assets.
