Databricks QA (Automation, Python, Azure, Databricks—more of a Data focused Automation Tester role) 100% Remote 8+ Months contract to hire

Rate: $55-$60/hr W2

Need someone who has in-depth Databricks experience, not your traditional QA - someone who is experienced in testing and hands-on working with Databricks, Azure ADF, Azure, Pipelines, etc. (This role is seeking someone strong with Python, Databricks/ Azure pipelines—NOT a regular selenium/java focused person-

Must have

• Writing test scripts. CICD pipeline experience.
• Write code so he can develop testing documents
• spark, python, SQL, java
• jupyter notebook scripting
• databricks experience
• databricks notebooks

Responsibilities

• Implement data validation routines to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and improve data quality through validation and cleansing.
• Collaborate with data developers to address data-related issues.

Requirements 5+ years QA experience Previous experience working on a data mesh or DataBricks implementation Experience as main POC for all QA activities on a project Quality Assurance Methodologies (e.g., Agile testing, Test Driven Development) Test Planning and Strategy Test Automation with Selenium, Junit Python experience Databricks Experience (Azure) Defect Management Tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) Performance Testing
