Salary: $130,617 - $137,760 / year
Role & seniority: Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer, mid-to-senior level (5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years)
Stack/tools: Embedded systems testing; MIL-STD-810/461/464/704 (or DO-160 equivalents); test equipment design and release; read electrical schematics; interfaces: I2C, SPI, USB, GPIO, CAN, RS232, 1-wire, RS485; environmental/vibration/EMI testing; thermal chambers and vibration tables
Develop hardware test plans/procedures and conduct formal testing to verify aircarft subsystems meet requirements
Design, procure, assemble, and integrate test equipment with the system under test; draft formal test procedures
Perform hardware qualification (environmental, bench, EMI) and troubleshoot down to component level; collaborate with hardware/software teams
Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering or related field; 5+ years in role (or Master’s + 3+ years)
Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship
Reading schematics; troubleshooting to component level; experience with test equipment design and MIL-STD/DO-160-based testing
Familiarity with I2C, SPI, USB, GPIO, CAN, RS232, RS485; hardware qualification and EMI/Environmental tests
Agile experience; ability to learn new protocols; experience drafting/releasing test docs; knowledge of lab test equipment strategies
Experience with thermal/vibration test setups and associated controls

Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
