Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Expert Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to develop and implement QA processes, conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality Framework
• Develop, implement, and maintain the annual data quality framework.
• Organize and chair events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with contributors to improve data quality across the organization.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on data quality KPIs and progress against established standards.
• Portal UAT Framework
• Develop and implement a structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework for the portal.
• Coordinate test planning, execution, and reporting in collaboration with business users and technical teams.
• Quality Assurance Processes
• Implement, operate, and maintain QA processes within the portal team.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet defined standards and business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of quality through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Service Catalogue & Process Descriptions
• Establish and maintain a clear Service Catalogue for the portal team.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in data management, portals, or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• This role is an on - site opportunity in Bratislava, Slovakia.
