Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA/QC Inspector to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our projects through rigorous monitoring, inspection, and reporting processes. Monitor project quality tasks and ensure all team members are aware of quality requirements, management plans, and procedures. Review and provide feedback on contractors' Quality Management Plans, procedures, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Conduct site and material inspections to verify compliance with approved method statements and ITPs. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, ensuring all data is verified and quality issues are resolved per standards. Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs) when deviations occur, and verify their proper implementation and closure. Conduct audits on projects and contractors to ensure compliance with plans, procedures, and quality requirements. Liaise with client representatives on quality-related issues during site visits. Provide guidance to Project Managers and Engineers on quality-specific requirements and improvement initiatives. Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, reports, and records. Monitor the performance of contractors' QA/QC teams and provide feedback to Quality Manager and Project Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in the construction or engineering sector Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards Proficiency in developing and reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) Experience in conducting quality audits and preparing detailed reports Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Proficiency in quality control software and tools Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive recommendations Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
