We are looking for a Compliance Test lead (CSV/CSA Validation) to join our team for a permanent role.
About the role As a Compliance Test lead (CSV/CSA Validation), you will make an impact by driving end to end validation, compliance, and data integrity across systems, automations, and analytics workflows. You will be a valued member of the Quality & Compliance organization and collaborate closely with cross functional teams including IT, data engineering, audit, and business stakeholders.
In this role, you will

Lead end to end validation efforts for systems, digital tools, automations, and analytics workflows in alignment with regulatory expectations.

Develop and maintain validation documentation including URS, risk assessments, validation plans, test scripts, traceability matrices, and validation reports.

Ensure validated state through periodic reviews, change control, and documentation lifecycle management.

Support audit readiness by ensuring validation evidence, controls, and documentation meet compliance standards.

Conduct advanced data analysis, build data pipelines/models, and develop visualizations and KPI dashboards to drive operational insights.

Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and data integrity reviews across systems.

Support internal and external audits, including evidence preparation, documentation review, and control assessments.

Identify compliance gaps and drive remediation and closure activities.

Ensure processes, systems, and data adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.

What you need to have to be considered

8+ years of hands-on experience with CSV (Computer Systems Validation) or CSA (Computer Software Assurance), data analysis, and audit principles.

Proficiency in analytics platforms, visualization tools, and data engineering concepts.

Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.

Familiarity with Lean/Process Excellence methodologies and process documentation tools.

Strong facilitation, communication, and project coordination skills.

Experience with low code/no code citizen development tools (e.g., PowerApps, Alteryx, Appian).

Ability to work in cross functional, high complexity environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 to $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
