Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead to manage and lead quality assurance efforts across manual, automation, and performance testing. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to define and drive QA strategy across projects.

Primary Skills

Manual Testing & Automation Testing (Framework expertise required) QA/Test Lead experience Storybook Interaction Testing

Secondary Skills Performance Testing Business Analyst (BA) exposure

Technical Skills Automation Testing using Java + Selenium or Java + Playwright Expertise in Playwright Automation Tool

Automation Frameworks: BDD Cucumber, Page Object Model (POM), Hybrid Framework CI/CD Pipeline integration

Tools: Jenkins, Eclipse, Maven, TestNG

Version Control: GitHub SQL (Basic) for database validation JMeter (Basic) for performance testing JIRA for test and defect management

Functional & Leadership Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA projects involving Manual and Automation Testing Define, implement, and maintain QA strategy aligned with business goals Create detailed test plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and risks Manage end-to-end automation testing initiatives Define and execute test data management strategies Establish QA metrics and KPIs to measure quality and efficiency Provide regular reports on test progress, defect trends, and product quality to stakeholders Review and analyze requirements to identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies Mentor and train QA team members to enhance skills and performance Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, BA) Work in an Agile/Scrum-based development environment Show more Show less
