Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Lead QA Engineer with strong expertise in both automation and manual testing to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will drive QA strategy, mentor QA engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable software products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test design, execution, automation, and defect management Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices across projects Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for web and/or mobile applications Perform and oversee manual testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT support Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria Review requirements and design documents to ensure testability and quality coverage Track and report quality metrics, test progress, and risks to leadership Mentor and guide QA team members; conduct code and test case reviews Drive CI/CD integration of automated test suites Ensure adherence to SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum practices Participate in release sign-offs and post-release analysis
