Role & seniority: IAM Cloud Engineer (mid/senior level)
Stack/tools: Cloud IAM (GCP), cloud-native logging/audits; Next.js 15, React 19, shadcn-ui; TypeScript; automation; security best practices; integrations with cloud identity platforms
Design, implement and support IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments
Assist Cloud Control Owner with user authorization concepts and handling Cloud IAM requests
Review cloud-native logs, prepare audit-ready queries, and support security posture improvements
Technical IAM experience in the cloud (preferably with certifications)
Scripting/programming skills (TypeScript preferred)
Understanding of IAM deployment patterns and architectural requirements; ability to engage stakeholders
Advanced IAM certifications
Experience with GCP and cloud-native UI/solutions (Next.js/React/Shadcn-ui)
Ability to develop/maintain IAM Cloud solution and integrate applications

IAM Cloud Engineer will be responsible for design, implement and support identity and access management solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in cloud identity platforms, automation and security best practices. This role involves building scalable IAM architecture, integrating applications, and strengthening the organization’s security posture through identity technologies.
The pay range for this role is 23300 PLN - 34950 PLN (monthly, gross).
Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,620 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
