• ■Responsibilities
• ・Developing the testing and quality improvement process for the core system QA group.
• ・Planning, designing, and executing tests for product development projects in various environments, such as waterfall and agile.
• ・Conducting tests using computers and smartphones
• ・Reporting and providing feedback on test results
• ・Negotiating and coordinating with developers, designers, and directors on assigned projects
• ・Proposing and implementing improvements for the overall product development process
• ・Creating manuals

■Requirements ・Over 5 years of QA Engineer experience. ・QA experience with web/mobile apps (iOS/Android). ・Can understand and analyze tech specs. ・Experience in test planning, design, and execution. ・Experience in fast-paced IT/Web development (Agile is a plus). ・Experience standardizing and improving QA processes. ・Flexible communication with dev teams/stakeholders. ・Knowledge of QA tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail).

・Japanese: Business level or above.
