The Quality Assurance Technician - Fabrication 2nd Shift assures product quality and customer satisfaction. Performs dimensional measurements and other quality inspections on purchased and fabricated components. Leads continuous product and process improvements, performs root cause analysis, and executes problem-solving and corrective actions.
Days/Hours - Monday - Friday 2: 00 PM - 10:00 PM Performs detailed inspections, audits, and testing of parts and products to ensure they meet dimensional, functional, and aesthetic requirements. Communicates nonconforming product quality issues to the appropriate individuals and departments. Implements procedures and systems necessary to promote continuous improvement of parts and products. Assist in troubleshooting and analyzing nonconforming products to determine root cause and drive permanent corrective action. Generates reports and communicates information using various Microsoft Office software applications.
