Role & seniority: Senior QA/Testing Lead (ISTQB Advanced Level), 8+ years integration testing experience
Stack/tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana; CI/CD; API, E2E, performance, and security testing
Define test strategy, quality goals, and optimization initiatives; drive test automation
Design/evolve integration and application test frameworks; own end-to-end integration, regression testing, and defect management
Support CI/CD pipelines, research/adopt new technologies; collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Spain and Germany
Must-have skills: Native German; fluent English; 8+ years in integration testing; strong knowledge of integration strategies, data flows, and interface testing; hands-on with test automation and CI/CD; proficient with listed tools; strong analytical skills and independent project ownership

What will you do?
Define test strategy, quality goals, and optimization initiatives. Lead design and evolution of integration and application test frameworks. Own end-to-end integration, regression testing, and defect management. Drive test automation, support CI/CD pipelines, research and adopt new technologies. You will work in different teams with a cross-functional together with our colleagues in Spain and Germany!
What's your story?
Native German and fluent English (written and spoken). ISTQB Advanced Level certified with 8+ years of experience in integration testing. Strong knowledge of integration strategies, data flows, and interface testing. Experienced in unit, integration, API, E2E, performance, and security testing. Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD (Jenkins, Bitbucket); proficient in Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana. Strong analytical skills with a focus on clear test case design, independent project ownership, and continuous quality improvement.
