Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related field
3-7 years in desktop automation testing
Proficiency with TestComplete/UFT or similar tools using VBScript
Experience in CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps preferred)
Understanding of automation framework concepts; strong communication skills; self-driven and adaptable

Working within a dynamic team, you will be significantly contributing to design, create and implementing automated tests/scripts/frameworks based on specific project requirement. This will involve review of the tests/test areas to be automated, and collaboration with the manual testing teams and/or product experts to understand the functionality to be automated. You will also be monitoring the execution of Automated tests, and contributing to maintenance as applicable, by analyzing the failures. Collaborate with Product Experts/Testers to understand the tests to be automated and the related functionality.
Develop/Contribute to Automation Framework design/enhancements.
Develop Automated tests and streamline their execution.
Debug issues related to automation tests and discussing with application developers.
Modify/Maintain automation scripts in case of functional behavior changes.
