Responsible for design, and building of the test set & required equipment, including requirements development, build verification plans, test procedures, and documenting test results in reports to ensure requirements are met. Provide support to the technical SI&T lead in the day-to-day during design, build and verification activities. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track issues through to resolution. Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development team. Collaborate and consult with a cross-functional technical team (i.e., Systems Engineering, Project Engineering, Software Engineering) during the requirements analysis phase, including developing/updating the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) for completeness. Support the root cause, troubleshooting, and corrective action processes (as required). Support all phases of the product life cycle (design, analysis, manufacturing, test, verification/validation, and delivery). Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
