Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Call Verification Officer. The Call Verification Officer will be responsible for verifying the authenticity of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate call records, and identifying and escalating any discrepancies or fraudulent activities. They will ensure compliance with company policies, provide essential customer support, and collaborate with the relevant departments to resolve issues promptly. The role involves interacting with customers professionally while safeguarding the company’s operational integrity.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively handling customer inquiries. Attention to detail, accuracy in verifying and recording information, and ability to identify inconsistencies or discrepancies. Proficiency in basic IT skills, familiarity with database management systems, and experience with customer service software. Problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and sound judgment in handling potentially sensitive or fraudulent situations. Previous experience in customer service, verification, or a related field is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to on-site work requirements. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is an advantage.
