Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Analyst (mid-level; minimum 2+ years in transaction monitoring/KYC; preference for 5+ years)
Stack/tools: QA framework development; SOPs; compliance tools (World-Check); blockchain analytics (Chainalysis); AML/KYC regulatory knowledge; internal workflow/testing tools; reporting dashboards
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QA framework and SOPs for compliance, operations, and risk controls
Conduct QA testing across onboarding/KYC, transaction monitoring, and enterprise risk assessment; ensure alignment with policies and regulators
Analyze reports, identify unusual activity/AML-CFT risks, resolve QA findings with managers, and deliver targeted training or process improvements
2+ years in transaction monitoring and KYC in financial services/fintech/crypto
Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements; crypto regulations
Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive; ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion; strong written/verbal English
Experience with QA/Quality Control in compliance a plus
Track workload and meet SLAs/KPIs using internal tools
CAMS, ICA or equivalent AML certification
5+ years in similar role (preferred)
Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Chainalysis)
