Roles & Responsibilities Validate complex business and domain policies across end-to-end system flows. Participate in planning and policy review discussions to define testing standards early. Design end-to-end (E2E) test cases based on defined business rules and policies. Build E2E test scenarios aligned with real user workflows. Execute end-to-end testing across backend and frontend components. Validate outcomes for critical policy flows and identify abnormal or incorrect behavior. Reproduce reported issues and collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams for resolution. Maintain structured and comprehensive test and policy documentation.
Mandatory Requirements Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) testing for web-based systems. Strong base in Selenium, Playwright, TestRail, & Jira platforms. Experience designing test cases based on business rules and policy-driven logic. Hands-on experience with QA tools and test management tools. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Backend, and Frontend teams. Attention to detail with a strong quality ownership mindset.
