DT Simplified is hiring a Low-Code Workflow & Automation Engineer to streamline and automate internal business processes supporting high-growth digital infrastructure. You’ll build workflows, integrations, and internal apps using digital platforms to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability across sales, operations, service delivery, and support teams. Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Workflow and Automation Engineer located in Mumbai. The individual in this role will design, implement, and maintain efficient automated workflows and systems. Responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, troubleshooting inefficiencies, and optimizing them to ensure seamless operations. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process control and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions to improve productivity.

Qualifications Proficiency in Automation and Robotics technologies to design and deploy advanced automated systems. Experience in maintaining and improving existing automated systems to enhance efficiency and reliability. 2–5 years of experience in no-code/low-code automation tools like Salesforce/ Zoho / Power Apps / n8n (or Zapier/Make) Strong process & workflow thinking API/webhook basics + Excel/Sheets skills Self-starter with problem-solving mindset Ability to collaborate in a team environment, solving challenges with innovative and resourceful approaches.
