We're looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead our QA efforts and drive the transition from manual to automated testing. While not a formal management position, this is a senior individual contributor role focused on leading by example, mentoring team members, and advancing strategic QA initiatives, including the adoption of AI-powered test automation.
Responsibilities
Lead the team's QA effort – act as the “Quality Ambassador” ensuring all deliveries meet quality standards before release Champion Test Plan-First approach – ensuring comprehensive test planning and documentation before execution Drive the strategic transition from manual testing to automated testing Lead by example in adopting AI-assisted testing tools and methodologies Collaborate with product owners and development teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards Mentor team members on QA best practices and automation techniques
Test Automation
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks Create and maintain test environments, test data, and automated test scripts Implement API testing (REST, gRPC, OData) and integration testing Continuously improve testing processes for efficiency and coverage Leverage AI tools to accelerate test creation and maintenance
Quality Assurance

Requirements
